There are two options currently available to you.
If the error still has not cleared, your printer will require servicing. If you disconnect the power plug, all the faxes stored in the machine's memory are deleted. Plug the machine back in and turn it back ON. Turn the printer OFF, and unplug the power cord. Remove the paper jam or other obstruction in the paper feed path. There is an obstruction in the paper feed path. Packing material (orange tape) isn't fully removed.
