He talks to her about the case and asks her if she wants to get a bite to eat. It turns out that man was the head of security at the NPA (National Police Agency) as well as her father. After the incident Misaki sees someone trying to get into the crime scene.
You see someone snap their fingers and the man dies. They talk about a contractor name V1952, just as the man is about to talk Misaki notices that there is blood on his coat. The episode starts with Misaki meeting a man under a bridge. Other than these minor flaws it was a solid episode that gave us some more back-story on Misaki. This power seems really imbalance when it comes to the rest of the show.
His power is to explode his own blood without any contract that we have seen. This episode was a little over the top when it comes to the new contactor they introduced. If you didn’t see episode 7 or 8 they both focused on two new characters and it felt like it was trying way too hard to be a comedy if only for two episodes. I was pleased that it’s back to the old style. After two lackluster episodes I was really hoping for a strong comeback of the show.
